And you accomplish ‘Hajj’ and ‘Umrah’ for Lord Allah, then if you are prevented, you offer a possible sacrifice, and you don’t shave your heads until the offering reaches its destination, then whoever from you is ill or has an ailment on his head, then compensate either by fasting or feeding the poor or offering sacrifice. Then when you are secure, and if one of you wishes to take a break between Umrah and Hajj, he must offer an affordable sacrifice. Then whoever can’t make it, then he should fast for three days during the Hajj and seven days after returning, and thus complete ten days; that is for anyone whose household is not around at the Sacred Masjid, and you heed Allah and you know that indeed Allah is severe in Torment.
This verse prescribes the rules and regulations for pilgrimages Umrah and Hajj. Without being a believer with Adhikr, no response will be received for the prayers, and no deeds like fasting, charity, and pilgrimage will be accepted, instead, it will cause to get Hell as a penalty as told in verses 2: 186 and 7: 8-9. Today there is no group of believers anywhere in the world. The Three-Time-Knower Lord has taught through Messenger in his Farewell pilgrimage itself: “In the Last Days, the odd believer has to holdfast Adhikr with his molar teeth”. So, the believer holdfasts and propagates Adhikr throughout the world to utilize It as the Balance and Trust to keep the Universe in its equilibrium.
Shortly, by the proclamation of the last Caliph Mahdi, Hejaz will come under his leadership. Then the believers among mankind all over the world irrespective of nation or religion will be separated to Hejaz testifying the Lord’s teaching through His Messenger: “The believers will be gathered at Hejaz from all over the world as a snake crawls to its hole”. Thus the “World Triumph” will occur to punish the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who are having evil thoughts about the Lord as told in verses 32: 29; 33: 72-73; 48: 6 and 25. Verses 2: 211; 8: 13, 25, and 59: 4, 7 also end as: “And you know that indeed Allah is severe in Torment”. See explanation 2: 66, 174-175, and 3: 96-97.
